Amazing customer service!! While there are few really great in store shopping experiences remaining, the Tuckernuck store in Georgetown excels! From the inviting merchandise displays and well laid out store to the incredibly friendly and thoughtful staff, we had a wonderful shopping trip! Keep up the good work Tuckernuck, we will be returning very soon!

Tuckernuck is a must on your Georgetown shopping trip! The customer experience is next-level and the products are unique, timeless, and high quality. It is clear they put thought and care into everything they do. Even if they don’t have what you’re looking for in store, they will work with you to place an online order. I’ve ordered numerous dresses from tuckernucks online store but only recently visited the Georgetown store in person with hopes of finding something for my best friend to wear to an event the following day. Not only did I find her the perfect dress, but the customer service in-store was phenomenal. They could not have been more friendly, helpful, and understanding of the pinch we were in!

I had to go to DC for a work trip and really wanted to go to the brick and mortar Tuckernuck store. It is fabulous. It can be a little intimidating if you’re not used to these kind of stores, but the clothing is exquisite and the prices are well, high, but definitely worth it. I order off the website all the time and just loved the store. Timeless clothing!! Visit the courtyard of this beautiful church next-door.

Carter and the rest of the team were great—warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and really patient and supportive as I tried on a LOT of items in search of just one (ended up with two!) dress. Great experience—I’ll be back!

**5 Stars – An Absolutely Wonderful Shopping Experience at Tuckernuck Georgetown!** I had the most delightful experience shopping at the Tuckernuck store in Georgetown! From the moment my friends and I walked in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome and instantly felt at home. The store itself is beautifully curated — classic, stylish, and inviting — but what truly made our visit exceptional was the incredible customer service we received from Haylie. Haylie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find pieces we loved. Her style suggestions were spot-on, and she made the entire experience feel personalized and fun. It truly felt like shopping with a friend who just happens to have impeccable taste. My friends and I left with some fantastic finds and even better memories. We’re already planning our next visit. If you’re in Georgetown, do yourself a favor and stop by Tuckernuck — and if you’re lucky, Haylie will be there to make your day just as special!

The staff is so nice! I always love shopping here. I really appreciated Lavanya, one of the security guards, who escorted me out the back and a few blocks away to my car after I had been followed for a few blocks by someone. She and the rest of the staff made me feel safe!! THANK YOU!!

Today I made my first visit to Tuckernuck's new, bigger flagship store in Georgetown. What a treat. In addition to having more items on the floor to peruse, they had lots of sizes of the items in the back. A big shout out to salesperson Madeline, who was very patient as I tried on dresses until I found one that fit perfectly. She also showed me the same dress in a different fabric, and I walked out of the store with that one too.
